Encouragement of the instructors are a big help. I truly appreciate it when they walk around to correct our posture.

It’s a great workout, though tough during the class, you feel great afterwards. Do wish the classes were a little less crowded though.

Very friendly and professional staff. I’m able to go at my own pace and follow the lesson properly. I like that the room is a bit dark and the hot temperature is perfect. I’ve already recommended it to family and friends.
