Getting to class is easy!

Pre-book your class with our Oxygen Yoga & Fitness App, and arrive 15 minutes early.

  1. Bring your mat
  2. Bring a water bottle, we have water dispensers available to fill it up before class!
  3. Sign your Medical Questionnaire waiver, delivered to your email inbox 
  4. Be sure to dress comfortably (shorts, yoga top, tshirt, yoga pants, etc…)
  5. Eat a light snack, preferrably 30 mins before class.
  6. Arrive at our studios 15 minutes early.
  7. Find a spot for your mat and grab the equipment necessary for class (as shown on your instructor’s mat)
  8. Leave a review and share your experience with friends & family.

* It can take 3 classes to get used to the heat, stay committed and choose your own pace in class

I am a beginner. Can I take an Oxygen Yoga & Fitness class?

Absolutely. Every Oxygen Yoga & Fitness class is designed to welcome all experience and fitness levels, from absolute beginners to advanced practitioners. Our certified instructors provide modifications and progressions throughout each class, ensuring you can move at a pace that feels safe and challenging for your body.

What makes Far Infrared hot yoga & fitness different from traditional hot yoga?

Traditional hot yoga studios use forced air or heaters to warm the room, which can make the air feel thick and heavy to breathe. Oxygen Yoga & Fitness uses Far Infrared heat technology, which emits radiant heat that penetrates deep into your body to warm you from the inside out. This provides a more comfortable breathing environment while delivering superior detoxifying and therapeutic benefits.

How do I book a class or manage my Oxygen Yoga & Fitness membership?

You can easily manage your entire fitness routine through the official Oxygen Yoga & Fitness App (available on iOS and Android). Use the app to view real-time class schedules,  purchase memberships, and track your attendance from your phone.

We use intuitive management software to help you streamline your fitness journey. Whether you are booking a single session or planning your entire week, our online portal and mobile app put everything you need at your fingertips.

Manage Your Account with Ease

Once you’ve logged in to your profile, you can:

  • Book Classes: Reserve a single spot or schedule several sessions at once.

  • Track History: View your past visits and attendance.

  • Stay Organized: Update personal info, check account balances, and print receipts.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

To ensure all members have a fair opportunity to practice, we kindly ask that you manage your bookings responsibly:

  • Cancellation Window: Reservations must be cancelled at least 4 hours before the class start time.

  • No-Shows & Late Cancels: If you do not attend a reserved class or cancel within the 4-hour window, the visit will be deducted from your pass and a late cancel/no-show fee will apply.

Studio Etiquette & Arrival

To maintain a focused, peaceful environment for everyone, we strictly enforce the following:

  • Be Early: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins.

  • Prompt Starts: All classes start on time. Once the session begins, the doors are locked to prevent disruption.

  • No Late Entry: Out of respect for the instructor and fellow students, late arrivals will not be admitted under any circumstances.

  • Quiet Entry: If you arrive and the doors are already locked, please do not knock, as it disrupts the flow of the class.

New Members: What to Expect

We are thrilled to have you join our community! For your very first visit, please note:

  • Arrive 15 Minutes Early: New students must arrive 15 minutes prior to class to complete mandatory registration forms and get settled.

  • Check-In: Please introduce yourself to the instructor so they can help you prepare for your first session.

  • Documentation: For safety and insurance purposes, all forms must be completed and signed before you can participate in a class. Watch for your Medical Questionnaire delivered to you by email.

Please note that if you don’t show up to class, your visit will still be deducted from your pass AND late cancel fees/no show fees will apply.

Arriving at the studio
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for class. All classes start on time and doors are locked when classes are in progress. We do not allow late comers to class, regardless the circumstance, because it disrupts the class and it really isn’t fair to the other students and the instructor. If you are late, out of courtesy to everyone else who showed up on time, we ask that you please do not knock on the door.

New Members
When you arrive at the studio 15 minutes early, please let the instructor know that it is your first time at the studio. If it is your first time at our studio, you must arrive 15 minutes early because you will need to fill out some forms and get settled in before class starts. We do not allow anyone to take any classes until all forms are filled out completely and signed.
