We hit you up with a unique variety of group yoga and fitness fusion classes with intense cardio and core work outs, balance training, flexibility & strengthening, complimented by deep breathing, relaxation and a calming of the mind all in state-of-the-art FAR Infrared heat therapy.

Here, you will step outside of your daily chaos & instead embrace the FIRE WITHIN YOU.

HOT YOGA FREEDOM FLOW

This class starts in Savasana connecting to Pranayama (breath control) and supine spinal twists for approx. 5 min to warm the body and connect the mind to your breath. Then we flow from pose to pose, one breath per movement taking you through a beautiful and dynamic style of flow incorporating standing postures, balance postures, detoxifying twists, pranayama, mudra, and much, much more. This class is for all levels and works on elongating your muscles, increasing flexibility, increasing strength in the body and mind. 

HOT YOGA RISE & SHINE

Begin your day by centering your mind and body. Join us for morning Hot Yoga Flow and start your day off smiling. Mix sun salutations, balance poses, standing poses with strengthening poses and energizing heart openers. Early morning yoga is a great way to center yourself, listen to your body and set an intention. An invigorating and refreshing way to ease into your day.  

 

HATHA YOGA

The word “Hatha” has two meanings.  Hatha is the umbrella word for all physical practices of yoga (asana) and the yoga of opposing energies, ha (sun) and tha (moon).  This slower class respects both usages of the word Hatha by using physical practices to find a balance. There is a focus on basic alignment, actions within the poses, mindfulness and listening to your own body.  The class is well-rounded and focuses on the mind-body connection to build strength and flexibility in the body and mind. A great class for beginners to build a solid foundation and for experienced practitioners to refine their practice and knowledge.

 

HOT YANG YIN YOGA

Exclusive to Oxygen Yoga & Fitness. With this powerful combination of the masculine and feminine you will get the perfect balance between strengthening and stretching. The first half of the class is full of strong Yang postures that push your muscles and stretch your connective tissue. The class finishes with calming and lengthening Yin postures that encourage flexibility. By the end of this amazing class, you will be energetically centred in mind, body and soul.

 

HOT CANDlELIGHT DEEP STRETCH & RELAXATION

All levels will enjoy this class for mind & body.  Spend the first half of the class relaxing  through seated stretches and flows. During the second half taking you will hold yin postures to increase flexibility and stretch your connective tissues. These stretches tap into your inner strength with calmness and ease. This  serene class that allows you to “let go” of your daily stresses and chaos, instead zero-ing in on your inner peace, health & well-being under the blanketing comfort of the warm FAR Infrared Heating therapy. Soak up all the benefits in the most peaceful candle-lit studio.

HOT BARRE FUSION

This class is a dynamic conditioning fusion working the entire body that combines a hard-core Pilates style exercise regime with the perfect blend of Athletics style Yoga and endurance training to create a complete toned body. It  incorporates ballet barre, body bar (if available), weights, Pilates balls, blocks, resistant bands and much more. This class is high energy to challenge your endurance and shape your entire body while detoxing your systems.

HOT BOX FUSION

Get ready to sweat! This class is a high intensity workout combining shadow boxing, kickboxing, Fusion, core and cardio. Burn calories while you learn to box like a champ!

 

HOT FAST & FURIOUS FUSION

An OYF classic! This class is a dynamic conditioning fusion working the entire body that combines a hard-core Pilates style exercise regime with the perfect blend of Athletics style Yoga and endurance training to create a complete toned body. It incorporates weights, Pilates balls, blocks, resistant bands and much more. This class is high energy to challenge your endurance and shape your entire body while detoxing your systems.

HOT CORE-LATES

This class is a mid-paced Pilates style class designed to primarily focus on the core and core stability along with working the entire body

Join our O2 Pump class for a dynamic 30-45 minute workout using compound exercises and combos to sculpt your body and achieve faster results through progressive overload.

HOT ABSOLUTELY BURNING BUTTS

This high intensity, energetic, quick & dirty class will give you insane results focusing on the Booty & Ab's. The first half of the class is non-stop exercises dedicated to a toned lifted, strong booty! The second half is non-stop exercises dedicated to abdominal muscles, obliques and back encompassing the entire core. There is a 2-3 mins well-deserved supine stretch thrown in at the end for you to help release any tightened worked out muscles! Bring water, endurance and your cheeky persona!

HOT AMAZING ARMS & SHOULDERS

This class is designed to focus on the upper body only! It focuses on building strength and definition of your arms and shoulders. The first half will be non-stop exercises dedicated to the shoulder muscles (anterior deltoid, lateral deltoid, posterior deltoid) also (subscapularis, supraspinatus, infraspinatus and teres minor) to achieve a balanced and strong shoulder. The second half of the class will be nonstop exercises dedicated to the arms (biceps, triceps and forearms). This class will make you want to cut all the sleeves off your shirts to show off your sexy and sleek arms & shoulders!

HOT TONE & SCULPT

Join us for a unique sculpting session using weighted toning bars to work your arms, core, and legs in completely new ways. Build muscle, burn calories and loose fat in this effective muscle conditioning workout focused on controlled movements. Be prepared to sweat and feel sore in muscles you forgot existed!

HOT POWER CORE

This is an intense class that targets the entire core, combining Pilates-style exercises with Athletics-style Yoga and endurance training using various equipment. Be ready for a high-energy workout that will make you sweat.

HOT YOGA & CORE

The best of both worlds! In this class we will begin with Vinyasa Flow Yoga to build up the heat and mobility in your body and energies. We flow from pose to pose, one breath per movement, taking you through a beautiful and dynamic style of flow incorporating standing postures, balance postures, detoxifying twists, dynamic transfers and safe transfers in the heat, pranayama, mudra, and much, much more. The, we transition to Power Core, a powerful, dynamic conditioning style class emphasizing  strength of the entire core including the upper core, mid core, lower core, obliques, hip flexors and back body strengthening. We extend into sequences of exercises focused on toning the muscles of the core that combines a hard-core exercise regime with the perfect blend of Athletics style Yoga and endurance training incorporating weights, Pilates balls, blocks, resistance bands and much more. This is a perfect balanced class for your day.

HOT FITFLOW

Hot Fit Flow starts with Fusion, a dynamic conditioning class working the entire body that combines a hard-core Pilates style exercise regime with the perfect blend of Athletics style Yoga  with endurance training to create a complete toned body and an increased fitness level.  We incorporate weights, Pilates balls, blocks, resistance bands and much more. This first 1/2 of the class is high energy, challenging your endurance to shape your entire body while detoxing your systems. We follow with viyasa-style yoga, flowing from pose to pose one breath per movement taking you through a beautiful and dynamic style of flow incorporating standing postures, balance postures, detoxifying twists, pranayama & mudra to elongate your muscles, increasing your flexibility and increasing strength in the body and mind. This class is for all levels. 

HOT 20/ 20 /20

Get the best of all worlds in one class! The first 20 minutes will be focused on cardio-based training to warm up the body and get your heart rate going in an effective and safe way. The class transitions into strength training using full body movements to target several muscle groups at once and finishes off  with 20 blissful minutes of stretching to leave refreshed and ready to take on the week.

HOT TBC

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING! This class will train your entire body from head to heart to toe. We use interval training, alternating from cardio into strength training in sets, to ensure you will have a consistent rise and fall in your heart rate while toning and building muscle. You will never get bored in this constantly  challenging class which is known to continue your caloric burn after the class has finished!

HOT SCUlpt IT

This class is designed to sculpt your entire body. We use heavier weights and focus on control of movements to intensify contraction and expansion of your muscle. We follow through with intensified fat burning. The result is a proportioned, sculpted, toned, strong and healthy body. This class  a perfect blend of Tabata style to bring pump to the activating muscles before we HIT them hard. Open for all levels of yoga and fitness. Come sweat and tone with us!
