Challenging, yet peaceful . I enjoy the instructors step by step instruction, as a beginner i am learning the terminology for the poses . Very beneficial to the mind , body and soul . Thank you

lovely atmosphere, great instructors, clean, welcoming facility, variety of classes, well set up. I am not sure i can adjust to the heat.
