HOT BOOTY CAMP

Expect an entire lower body workout where we will focus on glutes, thighs, calves, and everything in-between. Combining a mix of controlled pulses (bar-fitness style) to full muscle engagement (think lunges, squats, bootcamp style) to sculpt long, lean muscles.

HOT FITFLOW

This 60-minute class starts with fitness-based movements to strengthen the body, followed by vinyasa-style yoga for a good stretch and cool-down. This class is perfect for getting your workout in and taking advantage of the benefits of Yoga. You will leave relaxed and satisfied! (1 hour)

20/20/20 CLASS

Get the best of all worlds in one class!  The first 20 minutes will be focused on strength training using full body movements to target several muscle groups at once.  The peak of the class, the next 20 minutes, will be focused on some fun cardio!  Finish off with 20 blissful minutes of stretching to leave refreshed and ready to take on the week. (1 hour)

TONE & SCULPT

Join us for a unique sculpting session using weighted toning bars to work your arms, core, and legs in completely new ways! Build muscle, burn calories and lose fat in this effective muscle-conditioning workout. Be prepared to sweat and feel sore in muscles you forgot existed.

O2 BOX FUSION

Low Heat. O2 Box Fusion will help you develop and maintain cardio-vascular endurance, core strength and agility in a fun and motivating environment using boxing basics.  Tap into your inner fighter, punching and kicking your way to optimum fitness.  A full body cardio and conditioning workout this is a perfect outlet for daily stress and suitable for all levels. No partner needed

 

BAR FUSION 1/2/3

An upbeat and fast-moving class that is inspired by dance and uses the wall or barre for support.  Using strength training and cardio to develop your ‘dancer’s’ body of long-lean muscle while improving your balance, flexibility, and range of motion.  The new movements will keep your body guessing and you coming back for more.

Self Guided practice

Reap the benefits of yoga in the FAR Infrared at your own pace. Bring your device and headphones and choose your own  low intensity video from our Virtual Studio to follow along with. *Virtual Studio membership suggested, prebooking required.

HOT YOGA RISE & SHINE

Begin your day by centering your mind and body. Join us for morning Hot Yoga Flow and start your day off smiling. Mix sun salutations, balance poses, standing poses with strengthening poses and deep stretches. Early morning yoga is a great way to center yourself, listen to your body and set an intention. Focus on how you are feeling and then respond. Typically we are stiffer in the morning and so an early morning practice teaches us the most about our bodies.

HOT YOGA & CORE

In this class we will begin with Yoga and then switch to various styles of fitness in order to target the core.   The perfect mix if you want to build a fabulously strong and sculpted core while getting your flow on.

WARM BOOTCAMP

A dynamic class filled with strength training and cardio. Your body will benefit from a challenging variety of exercises that will tone and shape your “summer” body. This class is not heated but it is still very warm. Get ready to kick your bootcamp up a notch!

ZUMBA

Latin inspired dance-style fitness class.  Come burn calories while having fun and there is no need for previous dance experience!  This class is not heated.

FASCIA RELEASE WITH RAD ROLLER 1/2/3

Want to go deeper in your backbends? Can’t understand why you aren’t gaining more flexibility in your hamstrings? Fascia release might be the answer. Fascia, the connective tissue that supports free movement of our muscles and bones can become dysfunctional. When this happens it restricts movement and can lead to injury and pain. In this class we use RAD roller tools to release tension and tightness. Come experience the bliss of self myo-fascia release (SMR) to mitigate pain, help you create more balance in the body, and enjoy a deeper experience in your yoga postures. This is basically a self massage on your mat! (1 hour)

LEAN-MEAN LEGS & BUTTS 1/2/3

This 30-minute class will lift and tone you right where you want… the legs and that beautiful backside.  Designed to quickly target the lower half of your body, get ready to sweat and feel the burn.  Class will be over before you know it!

HOT ABSOLUTELY BURNING BUTTS

This 30-minute class focuses specifically on the abs and butt.  By utilizing various pieces of equipment you achieve optimal results while detoxifying in our state of the art Infrared heated studio.  Come fit-in a quick workout, every minute packed with creative, fun, and challenging exercises. (30 minutes)

HOT FAST & FURIOUS FUSION

This class is a dynamic fusion that combines a hard-core blend of exercises to create a toned body and an increased fitness level. This is our most challenging fitness class so get ready to sweat. (1 hour)

HOT FUSION YOGA & PILATES

This is a full body fusion class! A proven workout that will reshape and firm your glutes, legs, arms and abs with a Yoga, Pilates, and Calisthenics routine. Add in some weights and dance music and you have one fun fusion class. (1 hour)

HOT YOGA DEEP STRETCH & RELAXATION

Enjoy a class with poses that help relieve the effects of chronic stress in several ways. This sequence is designed to release tension and teach the basic fundamentals of Yoga.  You will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.

HOT YANG & YIN YOGA

With this powerful combination of the masculine and feminine you will get the perfect balance between strengthening and stretching.  The first half of the class is full of strong Yang postures, finishing with calming and lengthening Yin postures.  If you are looking for a balancing class, with a little bit of everything, this is your class.

PRENATAL YOGA

Your certified Yogafit Prenatal Instructor will provide you a nurturing environment and the opportunity to connect with other pregnant woman. Oxygen Yoga & Fitness focuses on building supportive relationships which will take you through an incredible journey of pregnancy together. Yoga is stimulating, relaxing, and stress-releasing. Pure bliss for the pregnant mama-to-be. Whether you’re new to yoga or been a yogi for years, we will lead you through a sequence of safe yoga poses.  Working on pelvic floor strengthening, breath, and building a sense of total body awareness. Please note that these classes are not in the infrared.

REDUCED HEAT BEGINNERS AND BEYOND

This Beginners’ class will strengthen, stretch, tone and relax your entire body. This gentle class is ideal for beginners, allowing you to focus on your alignment and breath. We will offer modifications to help you get into the pose more easily.  As there is reduced heat, this is a great way to ease yourself into the heated Yoga experience while still getting some of the benefits of the infrared heat.  This class will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed and rejuvenated while teaching the fundamentals of Yoga.

RAD ROLLER 1/2

Enjoy a class with gentle movements, deep stretching and myo-fascia release. In this class we use RAD roller tools to release tension and tightness and compliment that with holding stretches for the entire body. Leave feel balanced and like you have just had a massage. Get ready to relax…. (1 hour)

BOLLYWOOD BURN

Bollywood Burn is an energetic, stamina-powered dance party that burns calories while having fun!  We add some light weights for strength training and body conditioning to really feel that BOLLYWOOD BURN!  Come feel the energy and fun that is Bollywood.  Let’s get the party started! (1 hour)

O2 HIIT

HIIT is high-intensity interval training. This is a cycle (cycled, cycling or circuit) workout in which you give an all-out effort with quick bursts of intense exercise followed by short recovery periods. HIIT is all the craze because it works! These HIIT workouts build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn.  This is Oxygen’s take on HIIT so it will be fun and addictive.   Come try this 30-minute class and smash your fitness goals!

HOT CARDIO FEVER 1/2/3

An intense but fun cardio party that helps to keep the heart healthy and burn fat.  Don’t forget that cardio is an important part of any healthy lifestyle.  So come join us for this 30 minute class.  Get your heart rate up and your blood pumping!

HOT AMAZING ARMS 1/2/3

This class is designed to focus on the upper body only! Building the strength in your arms, back, chest, shoulders… and don’t forget those abs! Please bring your water, mat and towel. Thirty minute class in the far infrared to define your upper body in all the right places!!!

BAR FLOW 1/2/3

A flowing class that incorporates yoga, pilates and movements inspired by dance workouts at the barre.   This class will develop lean muscle mass, mobility, and flexibility… just like a dancer. Change up your workout routine and see the results of a lifted and tone body

HATHA YOGA

The word “Hatha” has two meanings.  Hatha is the umbrella word for all physical practices of yoga (asana) and the yoga of opposing energies, ha (sun) and tha (moon).  This slower class respects both usages of the word Hatha by using physical practices to find a balance. There is a focus on basic alignment, actions within the poses, mindfulness and listening to your own body.  The class is well-rounded and focuses on the mind-body connection to build strength and flexibility in the body and mind. A great class for beginners to build a solid foundation and for experienced practitioners to refine their practice and knowledge.

HOT POWER YOGA

This class is open for all levels and uses dynamic, strong yoga sequences that will get your heart pumping and help you connect with your inner power.  This class will challenge you physically, mentally and spiritually.  The poses are held for longer and there will often be inversions and/or arm balances included. Leave feeling invigorated, empowered and energized.  (1 hour).

HOT YOGA FREEDOM FLOW

Freedom Flow is a fun and dynamic routine that gradually works its way into a flowing sequence, linking various Yoga poses together in a Vinyasa style. You will finish feeling energized, calm and ready to face your world. This class is open for all levels with flows that help you to connect and tap into your inner strength

BROGA

Enjoy a class with poses that help relieve the effects of chronic stress in several ways. This sequence is designed to release tension and teach the basic fundamentals of Yoga. The class will start with a few very basic Sun Salutations. You will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.

If you’d like to involve your kids in a fun program that will not only keep them active and healthy, but will also help them to stay calm, relaxed, and focused… then this is the activity for them! Non-Heated.
