Warm Vinyasa Flow & Stretch

Vinyasa ~ the repetition of 4 sun salutation poses while flowing through strength and endurance building poses and yin-based releasing poses. This powerful, energetic, and dynamic class emphasizes breath synchronization and allows beginners, intermediate and advanced students to be challenged. The practice increases cardiovascular and fat burning activity while also developing muscular strength, agility and flexibility. Modifications are encouraged to suit your level, so you can rest or challenge yourself depending on what your body needs. Please arrive 15 minutes early & don’t forget your mat and water!  

Hot Lean-Mean Legs and Butts

This class is designed to focus on your legs and butts, through a variety of dynamic exercises including strength-training, Pilates, and yoga-derived sequences. This class is open to all levels and abilities. Please arrive to class 15 minutes early and don’t forget your mat, towel, and plenty of water!

Warm Total Body Conditioning

This  class is an intense blend of cardio and strength-training routines that take elements from many fitness styles. This class may include light weights and other equipment and is open to all levels and abilities. Please arrive to class 15 minutes early and don’t forget your mat, towel, and plenty of water!

Warm Tone & Sculpt

A unique and challenging, full body workout using various weighted equipment to tone and sculpt the muscles in your arms, core and legs; building strength and physical fitness. This class is open to all fitness levels. Please arrive 10 minutes early with Mat, towel and plenty of water.

Warm Yang and Yin

With this powerful combination of the masculine and feminine you will get the perfect balance between strengthening and stretching. The first half of class is full of strong Yang postures, finishing with calming and lengthening Yin postures. If you are looking for a balance come to this class! This class is open for all levels. Please arrive to class 15 minutes early and don’t forget your mat, towel, and plenty of water!

Candlelight Hot Freedom Flow and Stretch

This class is similar to our regular Freedom Flow class but more gentle and relaxed. You will work through flows and deep stretches while connecting to your breath. Unwind from your work day, get your sweat on and get ready for a great night’s sleep! This class is open for all levels. Please arrive to class 15 minutes early and don’t forget your mat, towel, and plenty of water!

Hot Power Yoga

This class uses dynamic Vinyasa flowing sequences that will get your heart pumping and help you connect with your inner power. This class will challenge you physically, mentally and spiritually. Leave feeling invigorated, empowered and energized! Please arrive 15 min early and don’t forget your mat, towel and water!

Hot Freedom Flow

In this class, we integrate poses with sun salutations so that we can continue to work on our strength while improving your flow.  Like a moving meditation, we combine rhythmic breathing with flowing movement. Please arrive 15 minutes early and don’t forget your mat, towel and water!

Hot Barre Pilates Fusion

You do not need a dance or ballet studio background for this Barre Pilates Fusion class! Barre Pilates Fusion combines core conditioning associated with Pilates along with the flexibility improvements that occur with Yoga. Additionally, you will increase stability by using isometric Barre exercises, along with stabilization as it applies to Pilates mat-work. This class is designed for everyone!

Candlelight Hot Deep Stretch and Relaxation

Enjoy a class in a candlelit room with poses that help relieve the effects of chronic stress in several ways. This sequence is designed to release tension through deep stretch postures and relaxing sequences. You will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. This class is open for all levels and abilities but is also a great first introduction to the studio. Please arrive to class 15 minutes early and don’t forget your mat, towel, and plenty of water!

Hot Fast and Furious

This class is an intense blend of cardio and strength-training routines that take elements from many fitness styles. This class may include light weights and other equipment and is open to all levels and abilities. Please arrive to class 10 minutes early and don’t forget your mat, towel, and plenty of water!

High Fitness

AEROBICS is Back! Bigger, Better, HIGHer! HIGH transforms old school aerobics into a highly addictive new fitness experience that combines simple, modern fitness techniques (i.e. HIIT, plyometrics, etc.) with music you know and love. This results in a high energy, INTENSE and crazy fun workout that leaves participants feeling HIGH and wanting more. Our formula alternates between cardio peaks and toning tracks that will take your heart rate to the sky and strength to the next level.

Warm Hip Hop Edition - Freedom Flow

This warm class is a vinyasa freedom flow with added cardio bursts set to Super fun 90’s hip hop. Meant to mimic a HIIT workout while flowing, meaning you’ll get lost in your breath and connected to the beat. Sometimes we need to let loose and just have fun in the practice.

Hot Yoga and Core

In this class, we will begin with a half hour yoga flow sequence, then for the second half of the class, we switch gears, change up our music and focus on the core through a variety of exercise styles that are sure to leave you feeling energized, strong, and perfectly balanced. This class is open to all levels. Please arrive to class 15 minutes early and don’t forget your mat, towel, and plenty of water!

Warm Hatha

Working through balances, stretches, and strength poses while connecting to your breath. You will finish feeling energized, calm and ready to face your world. This class is open for all levels and helps you to connect and tap into your inner strength. Please arrive to class 15 minutes early and don’t forget your mat, towel, and plenty of water!

Hot Yoga/Pilates Fusion

This is a full body fusion class. A proven workout that will reshape and firm your glutes, legs, arms and abs with a Yoga, Pilates routine. Please arrive 15 minutes early and don’t forget your mat, towel and water!

Warm O2 HIIT

Join us for this reduced heat workout where you will work every part of your body and leave feeling sweaty and satisfied. This is a cyclical workout in which you will get an all-out effort with quick bursts of intense exercise followed by short recovery. HIIT workouts build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn. This is Oxygen’s take on HIIT, so it will be fun and addictive! Come try this class and smash your fitness goals! Please arrive 15 minutes early and don’t forget your towel and plenty of water!

Hot Amazing Arms

This class is designed to target the upper body including the arms, back, chest, shoulders, and core. You should expect to use light weights throughout this class in addition to body-weight sequences. This class is open to all levels and abilities. Please make sure to arrive to class 15 minutes early and don’t forget your mat, towel, and plenty of water!

Hot YIN Style Deep Stretch and Relaxation

Yin Yoga is used to balance more vigorous practices by focusing solely on the stretching aspects of yoga creating a deep stretching experience. Great for athletes and yogis alike looking to increase range of motion. The Yin style targets the muscles and connective tissue of the hips, pelvis, spine and shoulders. This class is sure to have you feeling calm & invigorated yet relaxed. This practice is open to all levels. Please arrive to class 15 minutes early and don’t forget your mat, towel, and plenty of water!

Bootcamp

Not Infrared but still pretty warm! A dynamic class filled with strength training and cardio. Your body will benefit from a challenging variety of exercises that will tone and shape your “summer” body. Get ready to kick your bootcamp up a notch!! No Mat required, bring plenty of water and arrive 15 minutes before class starts.

20/20/20 Strength/Cardio/Stretch

Get the best of all worlds in one class! The first 20 minutes will be focused on strength training using full body movements to target several muscle groups at once. The peak of the class, the next 20 minutes, will be focused on some fun cardio! Finish off with 20 blissful minutes of stretching to leave refreshed and ready to take on the week.

Warm Beginners and Beyond

This Beginners and Beyond classes will strengthen stretch, tone and relax your entire body. This class is more gentle and ideal for beginners, and we will offer modifications to help you get into the pose more easily. The pace of this class will be slower, so you can focus on your alignment and breath. With the infrared heat you will also allow your body to detoxify at a cellular level. This class will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed and rejuvenated. Please arrive 15 min early and don’t forget your mat, towel and water!

Hot Yoga Rise and Shine

Begin your day by centering your mind and body. Join us for our Rise and Shine early morning Hot Yoga Flow and start your day off smiling. Mix sun salutations, balance poses, standing poses with strengthening poses and deep stretches. Early morning yoga is a great way to center yourself, listen to your body and set an intention. Focus on how you are feeling and then respond. Typically, we are stiffer in the morning and so an early morning practice teaches us the most about our bodies. Please arrive 10 minutes early and don’t forget your mat, towel and water!
