In this 45-minute class you will focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow. Students awaken their strength, energy, and flexibility in a fun atmosphere while being guided through sun salutations and postures. This is a great class for students looking for a more gentle experience, those who are new to yoga or those who need a change of pace, yet still have the option to take it to the next level. In this Vinyasa Flow class you will synchronize breath with movement while developing skills of concentration and patience that help focus the mind as you deepen your strength, poses and practice, while sweating it out! Hot Lean-Mean Legs and Butts
This 30-minute class is designed to focus on your legs and butts, through a variety of dynamic exercises including strength-training, Pilates, and yoga-derived sequences. Warm Total Body Conditioning
This 45-minute class is an intense blend of cardio and strength-training routines that take elements from many fitness styles. This is a 45-minute class that uses the block for all of the poses and exercises. It is a fast and dynamic class that allows the instructor to use their creativity. Think yoga meets fitness! The first 15 minutes of class are used to warm up the body, then with the remaining time you will use the block as your weight and visit various exercises with high repetitions. Please arrive 10 minutes before class and bring your mat, towel, and water!
Warm Yang and Yin
With this powerful combination of the masculine and feminine you will get the perfect balance between strengthening and stretching. The first half of class is full of strong Yang postures, finishing with calming and lengthening Yin postures. If you are looking for a balance come to this class! This class is open for all levels. RAD Roller - Warm Deep Stretch and Relaxation with RAD Roller
Flexibility is not just about being able to touch your toes! Self Myofascial Release (SMR) techniques are becoming popular among yogis and athletes alike to ease tension, improve performance and gain tissue mobility. This warm class is suited to all levels – you’ll leave feeling as though you just had a massage.

In this class, we integrate poses with sun salutations so that we can continue to work on our strength while improving your flow. Like a moving meditation, we combine rhythmic breathing with flowing movement. Please arrive 15 minutes early and don’t forget your mat, towel and water!
Dynamic yoga, primal movement and cardio dance combine in this one-of-a-kind workout. Buti is an Indian Marathi word meaning “the cure to something kept hidden or secret”. This mat-based, high energy yoga class challenges the body along all planes of motion – building strength, stamina and sisterhood among participants. Utilizing the spiral structure technique, Buti Yoga not only strengthens the deep core and moves stagnant energy, it facilitates a sense of freedom and opportunity to overcome fear or self limiting beliefs. Candlelight Hot Deep Stretch and Relaxation
Enjoy a class in a candlelit room with poses that help relieve the effects of chronic stress in several ways. This sequence is designed to release tension through deep stretch postures and relaxing sequences. You will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. In this class, we will begin with a half hour yoga flow sequence, then for the second half of the class, we switch gears, change up our music and focus on the core through a variety of exercise styles that are sure to leave you feeling energized, strong, and perfectly balanced. Warm O2 HIIT
Join us for this reduced heat workout where you will work every part of your body and leave feeling sweaty and satisfied. This is a cyclical workout in which you will get an all-out effort with quick bursts of intense exercise followed by short recovery. HIIT workouts build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn. This is Oxygen’s take on HIIT, so it will be fun and addictive! Hot Hips and Hammies
This class is designed to help warm you up and help open your hips and the backside of the legs. Hamstrings tend to be tight, especially when we spend a lot of time sitting. Engage your hips and hamstrings in this dynamic practice and create space in the lower body. This class will start with building some heat in the body, warming up our muscles, then will transition into a slow, gentle pace that will offer a deep opening for the muscles around the hips, lower back and legs. Its pace alone allows you to sink into a beautiful state of calm and allow you to release those tight muscles. Please arrive 15 min early and don’t forget your Mat and water!
Hot YIN Style Deep Stretch and Relaxation
Yin Yoga is used to balance more vigorous practices by focusing solely on the stretching aspects of yoga creating a deep stretching experience. Great for athletes and yogis alike looking to increase range of motion. The Yin style targets the muscles and connective tissue of the hips, pelvis, spine and shoulders. This class is sure to have you feeling calm & invigorated yet relaxed. This practice is open to all levels. This class is designed to target the upper body including the arms, back, chest, shoulders, and core. Get the best of all worlds in one class! The first 20 minutes will be focused on strength training using full body movements to target several muscle groups at once. The peak of the class, the next 20 minutes, will be focused on some fun cardio! Finish off with 20 blissful minutes of stretching to leave refreshed and ready to take on the week.

Hot Yoga Rise and Shine
Begin your day by centering your mind and body. Join us for our Rise and Shine early morning Hot Yoga Flow and start your day off smiling. Mix sun salutations, balance poses, standing poses with strengthening poses and deep stretches. Early morning yoga is a great way to center yourself, listen to your body and set an intention. Focus on how you are feeling and then respond. Typically, we are stiffer in the morning and so an early morning practice teaches us the most about our bodies. Warm Beginners and Beyond
This Beginners and Beyond classes will strengthen stretch, tone and relax your entire body. This class is more gentle and ideal for beginners, and we will offer modifications to help you get into the pose more easily. The pace of this class will be slower, so you can focus on your alignment and breath. With the infrared heat you will also allow your body to detoxify at a cellular level. This class will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed and rejuvenated. Please arrive 15 min early and don’t forget your mat, towel and water!
STRONG by Zumba ®
Please bring Indoor shoes for this class. Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG by Zumba combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. In each class you’ll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. STRONG by Zumba instructors change up the music and moves frequently to make sure you’re always challenged to the max.
Warm Hip Hop Edition - Freedom Flow
This warm class is a vinyasa freedom flow with added cardio bursts set to Super fun 90’s hip hop. Meant to mimic a HIIT workout while flowing, meaning you’ll get lost in your breath and connected to the beat. Sometimes we need to let loose and just have fun in the practice.
