The amount of classes to choose from ensures that I am able to attend my desired class, when it is convenient to me. Plus the masterful yoga instruction leaves my muscles released and sometimes completely exhausted!! Awesome yoga studio!!

I especially love that there are deep stretch and relaxation yoga - it's great (for my back) and to stretch after a day of working at a computer all day! Helps me sleep too.

I love that how welcoming everyone is and that even when you are in a room full of people, you feel also quiet in your own space as well.

Thank you all instructors for helping me to make that positive change to my life. It is really inspiring. I loved dance classes and hot yoga classes. Overall great experience.
