Does your little yogi beg always ask to come to class with you? Well, now is their chance! 
Oxygen Yoga & Fitness Chilliwack is excited to offer a three-day workshop through Spring Break where your mini will enjoy play-centered yoga, meditation, and crafts. 
This camp is non-heated and perfect for children of all gender, ages five to twelve. Drop them off and pick them back up after an hour of independent yoga play and see what a difference a yoga practice can make in your little one’s life! 
Kids Yoga Camp is from March 19 – 21 in the middle of the week, the perfect time for them to burn off that extra energy and go back to school feeling revitalized, relaxed, and more mindful! 
The Yoga Journal says, “Yoga presented in a child’s language can help counter the stress experienced by little ones living in a hurry-up world. When children learn techniques for self-health, relaxation, and inner fulfillment, they can navigate life’s challenges with a little more ease. Yoga at an early age encourages self-esteem and body awareness with a physical activity that’s noncompetitive.”

Please register in advance, as spots are limited and will fill up very quickly! It is only $50 for the full three day experience, or $20 per day if they can only make it in once or twice. We offer a 10% discount on siblings!
