Intro to Arm Balances and Inversions
Baby and Barre
Our Barre and Baby program is a post-natal barre class designed to give new moms a dynamic barre workout with their babies safely nestled into their own carriers (carriers are not provided).
These postnatal classes welcome you and your baby, allowing you to spend time together as you work out. While you squat, calf raise and curtsy, this workout will either bounce your baby off to sleep in the carrier or give them the giggles. It’s a fun way to get back into shape while working your postpartum core and pelvic floor.
Time to take the stage, ladies!
This is a 6 week pre-registered program.
