What better way to dive into your New Year’s resolutions, than being a part of a family-run yoga and fitness studio to help keep your exercise, relaxation, and self-healing on track? Oxygen Yoga and Fitness Walnut Grove is a place that many Langley residents call their second home, including the owner Lori Collins, and her two daughters Samantha and Haley Collins.
The team has been running this business for over 5 years and they strive at making the community feel welcome. They believe in creating a place where one can discover their own potential. A place where you can clear and calm your mind, and take pleasure with new found energy and self-confidence.
Whether your New Year’s resolution is to become more active, cope with stress, be more involved in your personal healing, release something mentally or physically, or to try something new, Oxygen Yoga and Fitness Walnut Grove provides you with the support you need to achieve these goals.
Starting the 2018 new year strong, Oxygen Yoga and Fitness Walnut Grove has upgraded the environment for a better experience. There are many exciting new renovations, upgrades and features to the studio including:
- Brand new floors
- New paint job
- New decor
- New merchandise including: candles, journals, essential oils, women’s and men’s shirts, sweaters, leggings, shorts, toques, and more
- New classes such as Tone and Sculpt. This 1-hour class is designed to tone and sculpt the body using the weighted body bar and will be taught by professional weight trained instructors. This is a mid-paced class using controlled movements. It uses a combination of 3 to 4 exercises, between 15 to 30 repetitions, followed by a cardio burst then you repeat 3 times.
- Exciting new challenges to participate in
Oxygen Yoga and Fitness Walnut Grove has been so successful that the family is expanding their business into Willoughby Town Centre. A brand new sister studio will be opening up early this year! The family and staff are beyond excited for another opportunity to cater to even more residents of Langley; and for having the means to give you more opportunities to participate in classes and to fulfill your desired New Year’s resolutions.
