Tavleen Deol is the proud owner of Oxygen Yoga & Fitness Charleswood, which opened its doors in 2025. With a year of experience in the fitness industry, Tavleen is dedicated to serving the Charleswood community. For Tavleen, the heart of her studio is its people; she loves the supportive community of members it creates and the flexibility it brings to her life.
When she isn’t at the studio, Tavleen enjoys focusing on fitness and spending quality time with her friends and family. While her favorites change, she always loves a good abs and butts class. Tavleen lives by the daily affirmation, “Living life to its fullest!”
