Ulyana Grygoruk is the proud owner of Oxygen Yoga & Fitness Surrey, BC, which opened its doors in August 2017. With 9+ years of experience in the fitness industry, Ulyana is dedicated to serving the Cloverdale community. For Ulyana, the heart of her studio is its people; she finds it incredibly rewarding to build a strong, supportive community where members feel welcomed, gain confidence, achieve their goals, and form meaningful connections.

When she isn’t at the studio, Ulyana enjoys exploring new places, enjoying the outdoors, and learning new skills. Her favorite way to move is through the ABSolutely Burning Butts class. Ulyana lives by the daily affirmation, “I am capable, resilient, and grateful for the opportunities each day brings.”

Ulyana’s Advice for New Members:
“Be patient with yourself and focus on consistency rather than perfection. Every class is a step forward, and everyone starts somewhere. Listen to your body, celebrate small victories, and remember that progress comes from simply showing up and staying committed to your wellness journey.”
