Serena Hardy is the proud owner of Oxygen Yoga & Fitness North Vancouver – Lonsdale & The Quay, which opened its doors in January 2022. With 23 years+ of experience in the fitness industry, Serena is dedicated to serving the North Vancouver community. For Serena, the heart of her studio is its people; she finds it incredibly rewarding to build a business that truly serves the community, helping people reduce stress, improve their health, and connect with others.

When she isn’t at the studio, Serena enjoys mountain biking and all things in nature. Her favorite way to move is through the Fast & Furious class. Serena lives by the daily affirmation, “I am capable.”
