Due to studio capacity, the One Week Trial is temporarily unavailable at some studios.

Everyone is Responsible for Safety.

If you feel sick, stay home. This includes flu-like symptoms or potential symptoms of COVID-19 such as headache, fever, cough, runny nose, loss of sense of taste or smell or shortness of breath.

If you have been exposed to COVID-19, please do not attend class until you have tested negative. 

Virtual Hugs only.  Avoid physial contact, maintain a safe distance at all times.

If you test positive for COVID-19, please do not attend class for a minimum 14 days and return only once your health care provider has said it is safe to do so. 

Practice personal responsibility & safety. If you are in a high risk category or caregiving for someone who is, we understand this might not be the right time to return to Oxygen. By choosing to attend class at Oxygen,  you acknowlege the risk of participating during the gloabal pandemic of COVID-19, even with our increased safety measures.  

We’re getting ready to open our doors and we’ve taken steps to help keep you safe. 

Your safety is our top priority.

We’ve kept our facility squeaky clean while you’ve been away. We’ll continue to do so, and will be thoroughly sanitizing the studio before, during, and after each class

We’ve lowered our class capacity.

That way, we can allow for 2 or 3 meters of physical distance between each member depending on the intensity of the class. Classes are limited to 1 per day per member.

We’ve increased transition time between classes.

To reduce the amount of contact between members, we’ve updated our class times. Some classes are a bit shorter.  Changes will be available to see on the schedule closer to opening day.

We’ll continue with our live stream and on-demand classes.

For clients who aren’t ready to come back into the studio just yet, we’ll continue to  keep you moving from home with live streams and on-demand classes through our virtual studio.

We've implemented some facility changes.

Our showers, cubbies, change rooms and water coolers are closed. Our mat & towel service is suspended. Limited use of the washrooms is available but please come dressed for class & bring your own bottle of water.  

If you feel sick, please stay home.

Working out is not only counterproductive when you’re sick, it’s also a safety concern right now. To help protect the well-being of our community, we’ve also instructed our staff to stay home if they have even the slightest of symptoms.

We are monitoring local, provincial and federal guidelines as well as using common sense.

We missed getting fit together, but we’re committed to our community’s health. We’ll keep you posted if the situation changes and intend to play it safe.  

We recommend you wear a mask upon entering our studio

Masks can reduce risk for others. We encourage you to wear a mask from door to floor, where you can then remove it and participate in class. In some studios this is required due to provincial health orders.

Self Sign-In  (Check-In ) required on the Oxygen APP 10 min prior to class. 

Prepare to answer simple mandated health questions and sanitize your hands upon entry.

Find your spot based on our mat placement stickers to ensure physical distancing.

Follow your instructor’s directions for exiting class safely.
