Here is how you can do your part in keeping us all safe & healthy.
If you feel sick, stay home. This includes flu-like symptoms or potential symptoms of COVID-19 such as headache, fever, cough, runny nose, loss of sense of taste or smell or shortness of breath.
If you test positive for COVID-19, please do not attend class until you test negative or have completed your isolation time.
Practice personal responsibility & safety. If you are in a high risk category or caregiving for someone who is, we understand this might not be the right time to return to Oxygen. By choosing to attend class at Oxygen, you acknowledge the risk of participating during the global pandemic of COVID-19, even with our increased safety measures.

Different regions of Canada have different provincial health orders. These are examples of changes that have been made. Please check with your studio for current practices including if masks are required to enter the studio, if capacity has increased and if FAR Infrared heat is allowed.
Your safety is our top priority.
We’ve kept our facility squeaky clean while you’ve been away. We’ll continue to do so, and will be thoroughly sanitizing the studio before, during, and after each class
If you feel sick, please stay home.
Working out is not only counterproductive when you’re sick, it’s also a safety concern right now. To help protect the well-being of our community, we’ve also instructed our staff to stay home if they have even the slightest of symptoms.
We are monitoring local, provincial and federal guidelines as well as using common sense.
We missed getting fit together, but we’re committed to our community’s health. We’ll keep you posted if the situation changes and intend to play it safe.
