Hope St. John
Owner
Hope St. John is the proud owner of Oxygen Yoga & Fitness Mission B.C, which opened its doors in June 2012. With 16+ years of experience in the fitness industry, Hope is dedicated to serving the Mission community. For Hope, the heart of her studio is its people; she finds that owning her studio gives her the rewarding ability to be present with her family while fostering a supportive environment.
When she isn’t at the studio, Hope enjoys reading and practicing Reiki. Her favorite way to move is through the Deep Stretch and Flow class. Hope lives by the daily affirmation, “I Love my life.”
Hope’s Advice for New Members:
“The hardest part is walking through the door. Once you do that, the scariest part is already behind you. From day one, you’re part of a community that wants to see you succeed. Whether it’s your first class or your hundredth, all skill levels are welcome here. We’re a family, and we’ll meet you exactly where you are.”
