Stephanie Swanson
Owner
With over 10+ years of experience in the fitness industry, Stephanie Swanson is dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive environment at Oxygen Yoga & Fitness North Burlington. Although the studio originally opened in September 2021, Stephanie took the helm as the owner in June 2024, continuing its mission to be a supportive hub for the local community.
Stephanie’s favorite way to move is through the Freedom Flow class, which aligns with her belief that fitness should be accessible and liberating. What she loves most about owning her studio is being part of such a welcoming and all-inclusive community where everyone feels they belong.
When she isn’t at the studio, Stephanie finds joy in spending time with her children and embracing the beauty of the outdoors. She lives by the daily affirmation, “Today is a gift!”.
Stephanie’s advice to new members:
I encourage anyone considering their first class with a simple, heartfelt piece of advice: “Come as you are.”
