Whether it’s summer or winter where you live in the world, over the past couple months there’s been lots of viral music releases to sing along through the season. Before you read on, think in your head – what is the first song you’re searching for when you open your streaming services? What do you hope is playing when your car radio turns on? Once you’ve got that in your head, read on, and find out what class we think you should try this season based on your latest favorite song.
Apple by Charli XCX
If you’re having a Brat summer, we think the class you should take is Hot Power Core. If you’ve been listening to Charli XCX’s album you likely know, brat is more a feeling than something describable, but still, we assure you – Hot Power Core is brat. This intense class is filled with a combination of Pilates-style exercise and Athletics-style Yoga and endurance training to get you ready to dance the night away with your friends. You can get straight to the core of the feeling Apple and all the other club classics on Charli XCX’s album give you in Hot Power Core.
Espresso by Sabrina Carpenter
If you’re searching up that me espresso when you want to listen to some music, we think you should try our Hot 20/20/20 class. Espresso is a huge hit that no one can help to dance to, and likewise our Hot 20/20/20 class has something for everyone. The class starts with 20 minutes of cardio-based work, followed by 20 minutes of strength training, and finishing off with 20 minutes of stretching. You’ll leave the class so energized, you might just be able to skip that second cup of coffee.
A Bar Song (Tipsy) by Shaboozey
If A Bar Song (Tipsy) is your song of choice, we think you should probably try our Hot Sculpt It class and you should try it with your friends, or meet some new friends while you’re here! This song screams of a fun day out with your friends, so why not make a day of your fitness class, take an hour to push hard and sculpt your entire body through controlled movements and heavier weights so that letting go and enjoying the rest of your day feels even better.
I Had Some Help by Post Malone featuring Morgan Wallen
If I Had Some Help by Post Malone featuring Morgan Wallen is the soundtrack of your season, Hot Candlelight Deep Stretch & Relaxation is the class for you. Move through your feelings with the music on the way to class, feel them, and then clear your mind in this class divided into a half of seated stretches and flows and a second half focused on increasing flexibility and stretching your connective tissues. By the end of the day, we think you’ll feel tapped into emotions and your body.
Birds of A Feather by Billie Eilish
If Birds of a Feather by Billie Eilish is your favorite song as of late, there’s no better class to try than Hot Yang Yin Yoga. Hot Yang Yin Yoga focuses on finding the perfect balance of strengthening through strong Yang postures that push your muscles and stretching through calming and lengthening Yin postures. You could even say the Yang and Yin postures go together like birds of a feather.
Texas Hold Em’ by Beyonce
If Texas Hold ‘Em by Beyonce is the song you’re dancing along to, we think you should keep dancing right into Hot Barre Fusion. It might not be line dancing exactly, but Hot Barre Fusion will give you the opportunity to work the entire body in a hardcore Pilates style core exercise regime blended with Athletics style yoga and endurance training. The extra coordination you learn might even help you the next time you do go out dancing.
