Some styles are very gentle, while others like  are physically challenging.   We at Oxygen practice our Yoga in a Infrared Heated room and it feels so great to open and lengthen the body in this heat and because there are many styles to choose from, almost everyone can find a style that suits them physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
